I had my car towed here after it broke down on the highway. I was not familiar with the area (90 miles from home) so I really had to put my faith into the decency of others to help me out during this incredibly stressful situation. I feel so lucky that the closest mechanic to me was Hoover & Sons. I felt that I was in good hands and was not getting taken advantage of. Great Service! Took my 2012 Ford Escape since it was leaking out all the oil due to severe issues with the ignition coil. The owner was absolutely kind and helpful in the whole process. Greatly appreciated him and his team for their great service:) Highly Recommend!

The owner is a very knowledgeable man. Many people I tried explaining my car issue to just jumped to the easy conclusion that it was "just a fuse" or a wiring issue. But, when I called this shop the owner was up front and honest. It seemed like he knew almost right away what the issue truly was with my car. I didn't think this kind of customer service existed anymore. My car was leaking coolant and I needed it fixed quickly. I just moved into town and found Hoover and Sons online. Drove over met Nick, he had my car diagnosed in just a few minutes, cracked radiator. Gave me a very fair price. Chuck the owner gave me a ride because I had ro get to a meeting. They called me back four hours later, all fixed. Nick picked me up in my car so I I could test drive it. Went back , paid my bill, visited with Rose their Yorkie and left a very happy customer. They will get all my work from now on.

Chuck and his team were AMAZING! My windshield washer pump went out and it was hard to see to drive through this winter weather. They got me right in, looked at it, told me everything I needed to know and got it fixed fast. My exhaust was also loud and they helped me with that too!
